Distinguished speakers and special guests…. Class reunions…. Community celebration and worship…… and many, many more surprises over two full days – Saturday and Sunday.
As a special feature, CCS will be ‘broadcasting’ 24/7 live, locally and with streaming internet audio around the world throughout the month of June, 2012 on CJNU 107.9 fm – Nostalgia Radio (www.cjnu.ca). The broadcast studio will be set-up at CCS, enabling us to share and celebrate the proud history of CCS diaconal ministry of our students and graduates by way of interviews, special programming and of course, great nostalgic music in recognition of our 120th anniversary! Quite the feat…and with quite the cadre of on-air radio personalities – all retired and former radio / tv announcers from the by-gone days. We are sure that you will remember some of those ‘names and voices’ and enjoy meeting that person behind the microphone too.
